The situation was complicated, but it was fixed. Besides the sell problems I will give it 4 stars.
Packages arrived and were signed for and received by me. I was not home at the time and found the boxes I supposedly signed for on my front porch for all to walk away with. I asked for the signature confirmation and it had one but was not mine (DUH!). Did me a big favor by leaving my packages in the open. You can do better then this.
